moblogging my way home…

Trying to get home before the clouds burst all over umbrella-less me.  Today’s treat,  in honor of my 23 pound weight loss, was some new capris and tops.  It would be awesome to lose another 20 odd over the summer.  That would mean my fall jeans would be 2 sizes smaller.  Mine are currently one size too large, but it would be a waste to buy new jeans in this hellish weather.  I’ll just be Baggy Betty till the fall.  LOL I hope they fall off me by then! :-)

This train is hell-a-crowded.  I’m quite the sight clutching two shopping bags and my purse with one hand, while tapping the screen of my mobile with the other.

I’m sure at least one person is thinking, “that lady with the bags is some sorta crazy text junkie.”

Like the photo? It’s a door I spotted on 5th Avenue.

Oh I did crack open that three pack of Moleskines. One is for freewriting. Those are the notebooks I vent and ramble in and then destroy when they’re filled. The other two are for memoirs.

Here’s my stop.

Catch you later.

  1. Love the pic on the door! Looks like it’s Japanese or something! At least you are losing clothing sizes, Frances! I think that I’ve maintained my clothing size, even though I’ve lost about 20 pounds since last summer. And the 4 mile bike ride & walk around Cocoa Village that I did with my co-worker (and dear friend) Sally and my son Steven last month on the 15th, caused me to have left foot aggravation with a neuroma. It’s okay for now, according to my podiatrist when I saw him this afternoon!
Hugs, my dear! Keep on blogging/tweeting/and photo-logging my dear friend! I hope that I get to meet you someday!
